I originally ordered this product online from a company that sells cycling parts/equipment. As best I can tell, product performs as advertised. I noticed less muscle burn and overall fatigue when sipping on this drink versus plain water. If I am unable to drink during exercise, I always drink some before and after.. far superior to the 'sports drinks' you buy at the gas station.
I've tasted several flavors now, Cool Citrus and Grape are my favorites. Has a slightly syrupy texture without being over sweet.. I mean, just barely thicker than water. Not grainy at all. Overall a fantastic product. I can recommend it for mountain biking and endurance runs. Along with some chia seeds!

Well, for some reason, my b/f didn't think it was as good a tasting as the trial pack he got at the local bike shop. It's grown on him, and for his sake, i hope he acclamates to it because it's 4.5 pounds. I don't mind the flavor one bit. I wish they still make Peachy Keen, but this is number 2 on the hit list. Thank you

I am training for a marathon. This is the best tasting sports drink I've tried...not too sweet. It got a great review from Runner's World too. It is easy on the stomach and helps me get through those 20 mile runs.
